Physical Products (Menswear & Accessories)

We offer refunds on physical items that are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same premium condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Guides)

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: Because digital Ebooks are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” all sales for digital products and Ebooks are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for digital downloads. If you experience a technical issue downloading your file, please contact us immediately at support@joowhe.com so we can assist you.
